Scope of Services. Through this Site, Capital Ton HVAC markets and arranges HVAC Installation, Heating Repair Services, Air Conditioning Repair, Ventilation Services, HVAC Maintenance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
